Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, focusing on mobility, strength, and flexibility.
  • Treatment and Education:
    • Provide personalized therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments.
    • Educate patients and families on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and lifestyle adaptations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Qualifications
  • Education: B.PT or M.PT degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy.
  • Skills:
    • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
    • Expertise in developing and executing treatment plans.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered focus.
  • Physical Requirements: Capability to assist patients physically, stand for long periods, and perform tasks integral to therapy.
  • Location: Willing to work onsite in Bangalore
